The Baking Chef role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about baking and culinary arts who want to bring creativity and precision to their craft. This position involves developing and creating new recipes for breads, cakes, cookies, and specialty desserts that not only delight customers but uphold the company's high standards for food quality and presentation. The baking chef will also be responsible for cake and pastry decorating, presenting new culinary innovations to clients and staff, and ensuring strict adherence to all sanitation and food production codes.
