Bakers are the backbone of the operation, starting their day as early as 3 AM to prepare the dough, bake the bagels, and stock the bagel wall and pastry cases. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong attention to detail and quality
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries starting as early as 3 AM
- stock bagel wall and pastry cases ensuring quality and availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards in the bakery
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation
- monitor inventory and report baking supplies needs
