Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional bakery experience in a high-volume operation
- Knowledge of scaling, proofing, shaping, production, and baking of a variety of products using industrial bakery equipment
- Must be able to follow specific instructions regarding company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of and experience working with dough in various stages, mixes, bread, and frozen products
- Experience in following standardized recipes, organizing and maintaining bakery workstations, and knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation techniques
- Ability to correctly identify product and read production sheets

Job Duties

- Monitor ingredient inventory and notify supervisors when supplies are low
