Starting as early as 3 AM, Bakers prepare the batch with care and precision, setting the tone for the day. Beyond baking, Bakers help maintain product quality by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure every guest experiences delicious and freshly made offerings each shift. This role requires teamwork, as Bakers assist with order taking, sandwich making, and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment in the bakery.
