Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
- Ability to work early morning hours, including shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to uphold company values and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards
- Follow company policies and procedures related to food handling and bakery operations
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances customer experience
