Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age or older, per applicable laws
Possess exceptional time management and guest service skills
Willingness to work early morning shifts starting at 2 am
Ability to stand for extended periods
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food preparation or baking preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 2 am
Excellent guest service abilities
Able to work well in a team environment
Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Prepare baked goods and food items according to Dunkin' recipes and quality standards
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked for daily operations
Open the store early and set up all service areas for the day's business
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service and support
Manage time effectively to meet opening deadlines
Follow health and safety regulations in handling food and equipment
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
