Job Description
Crumbl is the nation’s fastest-growing cookie company, known for its innovative rotating flavors, open-concept kitchens, and the iconic pink box that delivers a unique cookie-eating experience. Founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) and Sawyer Hemsley (COO), Crumbl began as a shared passion between two cousins with a dream to perfect the cookie-making craft. Their journey involved trial and error, countless recipe adjustments, and customer feedback to develop what is now recognized as the world’s best chocolate chip cookie. This dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has fueled their rapid expansion across the country, making Crumbl a beloved brand in the baking industry and a sought-after workplace for those passionate about baking and customer service.
As a Crumbl baker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s high standards by preparing and delivering quality cookies efficiently and professionally. This role involves processing customer orders, making and balling dough, frosting and topping cookies, and occasionally driving to ensure timely deliveries. Whether you choose full-time or part-time employment, working at Crumbl promises an engaging and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Bakers not only contribute to the production process but also directly interact with customers by greeting them, answering questions, and providing top-tier customer service.
The position requires attention to detail, from reading and understanding Crumbl recipes to ensuring all ingredients and finished goods comply with food safety and quality controls. Bakers must also decorate and display products attractively, keep accurate records related to inventory and deliveries, and maintain a clean and sanitized workstation. Physical endurance is essential, as bakers need to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items for extended periods in a fast-paced, sometimes hot and hectic environment.
Crumbl offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus tips, guaranteeing a minimum hourly rate of $16.00. Employees enjoy benefits such as an employee discount, a flexible schedule, and Sundays off to support work-life balance. Beyond the paycheck, Crumbl encourages growth and career advancement opportunities. Whether you aspire to climb the leadership ladder on-site or join the corporate team, Crumbl provides a pathway for professional development as the company continues to expand nationwide.
At Crumbl, fun is a part of the job. Employees get to eat and believe in cookies, fostering a passionate work atmosphere. If you love baking, enjoy working with a team, and want to be part of a thriving brand with a supportive culture, Crumbl could be your perfect career fit. Joining Crumbl means becoming part of a community dedicated to baking the best cookies while creating memorable experiences for every customer.
