Job Duties
- Prepare all bakery items and associated garnishes following standardized recipes
- Maintain, clean and sanitize work area throughout the shift
- Scale, portion, roll, knead, cut, and shape doughs for various baked goods
- Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other bakery equipment safely and accurately
- Monitor and rotate raw materials to ensure freshness and food safety
- Follow allergen safety and cross-contact prevention procedures
- Decorate baked goods using a pastry bag
- Handle and transport heavy ingredients, trays, and baking equipment safely
- Package baked goods appropriately and store them
- Clean all baking equipment and station materials
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Report for work on time and uphold uniform and professional conduct standards
