Job Duties
- Record inventory, loss, and production of all baked goods
- create the Daily Bakery Production List
- prepare batch recipes per written instructions
- maintain product quality and consistency
- maintain appropriate inventory of all bakery items
- delegate and oversee packaging and presentation of items
- ensure the adherence to all ServSafe and health code standards
