Noah's is currently seeking a Baker to join their dedicated team. Bakers are at the heart of the brand’s operation, contributing directly to the quality and freshness of the products. The role involves early mornings starting as early as 3 AM to prepare fresh bagels daily while enjoying a personal touch such as listening to a favorite podcast or band during the shift. Bakers play a critical role in ensuring that the bagel wall and pastry cases are fully stocked with high-quality products for each shift. Alongside preparing baked goods, Bakers support the team in offering excellent customer service by assisting with order taking, sandwich making, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
capable of working varied hours including early mornings and weekends
pass background check as required by local, state, and federal law
possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license where applicable
able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior baking or food preparation experience an asset
ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
strong multitasking skills
excellent communication and teamwork abilities
customer service experience a plus
knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties

Arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels
ensure bagel wall and pastry cases are stocked for each shift
provide excellent customer service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making
maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment
collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality products and services
monitor quality standards to ensure food consistency and freshness
