Job Duties

  • Bake all sizes and flavors of cakes according to NBC standards, recipes and timelines
  • Maintain required par levels and bake accordingly

  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support bakery operations
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols in the kitchen
