Bakers play a vital role in our operations, responsible for starting the day early and preparing our signature bagels fresh to ensure the quality our customers expect. Working as a baker at Einstein Bros. means embracing an early schedule, beginning work as early as 3 AM, and immersing yourself in the craft of bagel-making while enjoying motivating music or podcasts. Your role involves baking and stocking the bagel wall and pastry cases with fresh products to guarantee an excellent customer experience every shift. Bakers also collaborate with their teams by helping take orders, preparing sandwiches as needed, and supporting overall excellent guest service. Moreover, bakers contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store environment, ensuring health standards are consistently met.
