The Baker position at Lipscomb University is a full-time employment opportunity with a pay range of $17 to $20 per hour. This position involves managing daily production schedules, accurately measuring ingredients, mixing doughs and batters, regulating oven temperatures, and monitoring baking times to achieve perfect results. The Baker will also be responsible for setting up and stocking the bake shop, maintaining proper storage and rotation of baking items, and keeping the bakery organized and clean. Attention to detail is paramount, particularly when accommodating special dietary requests or ensuring that all baked goods leaving the kitchen meet Sodexo's quality criteria.

The role requires physical stamina, including extensive walking or standing, the ability to use hands for handling materials, and the capacity to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds.
