Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by following approved recipes and using proper equipment
- assist with completing production records including waste tracking and product shortages
- maintain proper food presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
- uphold sanitation and orderliness of equipment and work area
- handle food following safety regulations
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
- ensure all food is presented per standards
- follow principles of sanitation and safety adhering to corporate and OSHA standards
- complete shift work timely and thoroughly
- perform other duties as assigned
