As an integral part of the Dunkin' Donuts team, the Baker role is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a highly organized, process-oriented setting focusing on quality and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Baker is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting bakery products according to stringent standards and specifications to ensure exceptional product quality and customer satisfaction. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by consistently delivering fresh, attractive bakery items that promote sales and uphold the brand's reputation.
The Baker will maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, actively promote food safety by adhering to personal hygiene directives and company policies, and contribute to a positive and respectful team atmosphere. This role requires punctuality, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational goals. Job Duties
- Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion in order to promote sales
- maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and optimum output with minimum waste
- consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications and maintain a high level of product quality
- understand that the customers' experience drives repeat business
- promote food safety on a 100% basis by following personal hygiene directives
- maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- demonstrate a commitment to company product, service, and food safety standards
- communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect
- respond positively to feedback and direction given
- hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
- adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience

- adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest

- prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
