We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time 1st shift Baker to join our vibrant Westside Donuts Ventures LLC team. This role is ideal for individuals who are focused, hard-working, and passionate about delivering product excellence according to Dunkin' Brands specifications. As a Baker, your primary responsibilities will span preparing and cooking products, managing inventory and labeling for quality control, and overseeing back-of-house team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. The position demands an attention to detail to maintain food quality and execution standards, plus a commitment to cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment.

This role is uniquely positioned for candidates who have experience working in bakeries, restaurants, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) settings, or those who have been a kitchen or restaurant team member. However, enthusiasm to learn and the ability to work in a high-energy, customer-focused environment are equally valued, with the understanding that training will be provided to the right candidate. Effective communication skills and an ability to manage and support team members in the back of house are crucial to success in this role.
