We are currently hiring Bakers who are passionate about crafting the perfect bagel and take pride in the quality of the food served. Bakers are essential to Noah's operations as they are responsible for producing fresh bagels that meet the brand's high standards. Starting as early as 3 AM, our Bakers prep the bakery for the day, listening to their favorite podcasts or music, while ensuring the ovens and ingredients are ready. They are the first to arrive and the backbone of the bakery team. Throughout the day, Bakers ensure that the bagel walls and pastry cases are well stocked with fresh products and support front-of-house team members with tasks like order taking and sandwich making, emphasizing teamwork and excellent customer service.
