The position available is a part-time Bakery Associate working the 3 AM to 11 AM shift with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $18.99. This role is critical in maintaining the quality standards and product levels of freshly baked goods in the bakery section of the store. The Bakery Associate will be responsible for following recipes to produce a wide variety of baked items such as rolls, doughnuts, bagels, cookies, sweet rolls, muffins, and brownies. Attention to detail and adherence to bakery policies and procedures ensure that all products meet Harmons' high-quality standards for freshness and presentation. This role also involves assisting customers when necessary and delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing the overall bakery shopping experience.

In addition to baking duties, the role requires maintaining appropriate product assortment and inventory levels, confirming pricing accuracy and signage especially for promotional items, and ensuring that the bakery area is cleaned and sanitized regularly to meet company standards. The Bakery Associate will work closely with other store associates and engage daily with customers, fostering a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
