Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of baking experience preferred
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Basic math skills for adjusting recipes
- Knowledge of baking procedures and times
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all bakery products and services
- Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- Confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all bakery products, especially advertising items
- Clean and sanitize the bakery area daily to meet company standards
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Follow production sheets to ensure appropriate levels of fresh baked products
