Decorating cookies to perfection and arranging them attractively for display is a key part of your work, allowing customers to enjoy not just great taste but also great visual appeal. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation, along with proper sanitation of equipment, ensures compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Customer interaction is a fundamental aspect of the role. Greeting customers warmly, answering their questions, offering recommendations, and handling orders and payments in a courteous and efficient manner are crucial to delivering a memorable in-store experience. Job Duties
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Decorate and display the finished product
- Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
- Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service
- Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized
- Be able to stand for the entire shift
