Job Requirements

- Ability to work overnight and early morning shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods up to 8 hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds including bending and kneeling
- Ability to perform tasks involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- Willingness to follow strict health and safety protocols
- Must adhere to Dunkin operational and brand-specific procedures

Job Duties
- Follow site specific and brand-specific procedures to ensure consistent and quality customer experiences
- Make a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Work overnight and early morning hours with minimal supervision
- Complete daily par sheets and produce quality baked goods according to Dunkin guidelines
- Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards
- Take direction and adjust to changing par levels
- Work in various positions within the operation as needed
