Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
Ability to pass background check as applicable by local, state, and federal law
Ability to work varied hours/days including early mornings and weekends
Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet company driving qualifications
Able to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

Previous baking or culinary experience preferred
Ability to work early morning hours, as early as 3 AM
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Commitment to maintaining high food quality and safety standards

Job Duties

Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support excellent guest service
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store environment
Prepare dough and bake bagels fresh daily
Monitor baking processes to ensure consistency and quality
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and customer satisfaction
Follow health and safety standards during all baking and food handling procedures
