Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods

- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings

Job Duties
- Daily production of artisan bread
- Training with the head bread bakers
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and alert manager as necessary
- Ordering and receiving as assigned
- Maintain consistent quality and schedule
