Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and bakery items to meet quality and aesthetic standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery displays and storage shelves
- Interact with customers to provide product information and excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bakery items as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
