Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check according to local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license required at specific locations
- Ability to meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory management
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- Stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality food and beverages
- Monitor product quality throughout the shift and adjust baking processes as necessary
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
