Job Qualifications

food service experience a plus but not required

Job Duties

Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
maintain a positive attitude and promote a friendly, fun atmosphere through flexibility and teamwork
greet and interact with customers providing prompt and courteous service
prepare and produce quality food products meeting or exceeding company and customer expectations
bake bread, rolls, pies, and cookies following manual guidelines
complete daily production sheets and manage frozen product breakout
put up stock and assist in product rotation in coolers and freezers
help maintain good dates on all products
assist in ordering products and supplies for daily operations
ensure proper packaging of self-service items with correct weights and ingredients
keep workstation and surrounding area neat and clean
adhere to the company food safety program
be cross trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities
