Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- maintain a positive attitude and promote a friendly, fun atmosphere through flexibility and teamwork
- greet and interact with customers providing prompt and courteous service
- prepare and produce quality food products meeting or exceeding company and customer expectations
- bake bread, rolls, pies, and cookies following manual guidelines
- complete daily production sheets and manage frozen product breakout
- put up stock and assist in product rotation in coolers and freezers
- help maintain good dates on all products
- assist in ordering products and supplies for daily operations
- ensure proper packaging of self-service items with correct weights and ingredients
- keep workstation and surrounding area neat and clean
- adhere to the company food safety program
- be cross trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities
