Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good physical condition including bending and kneeling
  • Ability to perform motions such as pushing, pulling, stretching and use of fingers and wrists
  • Willingness to follow strict food safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Qualifications

  • No previous experience required
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work overnight and early morning shifts

Job Duties

  • Follow site and brand procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences
  • Prepare a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked products
  • Work overnight and early morning hours independently
  • Follow and complete daily par sheets to produce quality baked goods
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards according to company and health department guidelines
  • Adjust production volumes according to changing par levels
  • Work in other operational positions as needed and switch between roles
