Job Duties
- prepare breads cookies and pastries using ovens mixers slicers and proofers
- decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery display cases and shelves
- ensure bakery products meet quality freshness and safety standards
- engage with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge
- assist with stocking and inventory management of bakery items
- support team collaboration and training
