Job Qualifications

- previous bakery or food production experience is an asset
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- good communication and teamwork skills
- physical stamina to handle baking tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- prepare and bake bakery products following Costco formulas
- maintain cleanliness and safety of bakery equipment and work area
- monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with receiving and storing bakery supplies
- work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- provide excellent customer service when required
