Job Requirements
- At least one year of related kitchen service experience
- ability to work early hours
- capability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to handle bakery equipment safely
- adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- willingness to work part-time
- flexibility to work in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, or Columbus, OH
- willingness to travel occasionally to local stores
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of related kitchen service experience
- basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- ability to follow recipes and production schedules
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong attention to detail and quality control
- effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked items according to recipes and production schedules
- measure, mix, and scale ingredients with accuracy and consistency
- operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment safely
- monitor product quality, taste, and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and prep areas
- store ingredients properly and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods
