Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related kitchen service experience
  • ability to work early hours
  • capability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to handle bakery equipment safely
  • adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • willingness to work part-time
  • flexibility to work in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, or Columbus, OH
  • willingness to travel occasionally to local stores

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of related kitchen service experience
  • basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
  • ability to follow recipes and production schedules
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • strong attention to detail and quality control
  • effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake bread, pastries, desserts, and other baked items according to recipes and production schedules
  • measure, mix, and scale ingredients with accuracy and consistency
  • operate ovens, mixers, proofers, and other baking equipment safely
  • monitor product quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and prep areas
  • store ingredients properly and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and restocking of baked goods
