This role involves more than baking; it also includes working collaboratively with team members to maintain excellent guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making when needed. Bakers are responsible for ensuring the bagel wall and pastry case are well-stocked and visually appealing, making sure every guest enjoys fresh and delicious baked goods. The role also requires adherence to store cleanliness and safety standards, contributing to a welcoming and safe environment for both customers and employees.
