Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
Ability to pass background check as required by law
Possession of a current, valid state issued driver's license as required by location
Ability to lift, bend, and move intermittently during work hours with or without accommodations
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset
Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Job Duties

Prepare and bake bagels and pastries daily
Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
Collaborate with team members to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction
Operate bakery equipment efficiently and safely
Adhere to health and safety regulations in all baking activities
