Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as required by law
- Possession of a current, valid state issued driver's license as required by location
- Ability to lift, bend, and move intermittently during work hours with or without accommodations
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and pastries daily
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Collaborate with team members to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction
- Operate bakery equipment efficiently and safely
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all baking activities
