Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of professional bakery experience
- knowledge of bakeries operations and baking techniques
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- produce high quality bakery goods including breads pastries and desserts
- enhance guests dining experience through visually appealing and delicious pastries
- utilize specialized baking techniques such as mixing wet mix methods scratch dough breads and pastries
- apply skills in product finishing including glazes and frostings
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- collaborate with the food and beverage team to meet production schedules
- ensure adherence to health and safety standards
