Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check as required by law
- possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
- meet company driving qualifications as applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in baking or food preparation is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to quality and attention to detail
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment
- work cooperatively as part of a team to uphold food quality standards
- arrive early to begin baking fresh bagels and pastries
- monitor inventory and communicate with team members about product needs
- follow company policies and procedures regarding food preparation
