Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- willing to comply with food safety regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking experience is a plus but not required
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery area
- ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- manage inventory and stock bakery supplies
- assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- cooperate with team members to meet production goals
