Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in baking or food production preferred
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- commitment to following safety and hygiene standards
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in baking or a similar food production environment preferred
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- knowledge of food safety standards
- good physical stamina to handle prolonged standing and lifting

Job Duties
- prepare and bake bakery products according to standard Costco formulas
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work areas
- ensure inventory levels of ingredients and supplies are adequate for daily production
- monitor product quality and consistency
- comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with receiving and stocking bakery inventory
- collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
