Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability to work early mornings, varied hours, and weekends
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- previous experience in baking or food service is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- arrive early to prepare bagels and pastries for the day
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain quality standards for food and beverages served
- keep the store environment safe, clean, and organized
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- follow food safety and hygiene protocols
