As a Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and freshness of the signature bagels and pastries that the brand is known for. Bakers are an integral part of the team and are usually among the first to arrive in the bakery, sometimes as early as 3 AM. You’ll engage in early preparation activities, when the bakery comes alive, and immerse yourself in the rhythm of the day, often with music or a podcast to keep you company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability of quality products for each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case. You will be expected to work closely with the customer service team to assist with order taking and sandwich making, highlighting the collaborative spirit of the bakery. Maintaining a clean and safe store environment while upholding the highest food safety standards will also be a critical part of your role.

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $14.57 to $21.86 per hour, depending on local and state minimum wage regulations.
