This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 depending on experience and adheres to local and state minimum wage regulations. Working as a Baker at Einstein Bros. involves being the early hero in our bakery operations; Bakers typically start as early as 2 AM to prepare bagels and pastries that have become a beloved staple in the community. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will ensure that high-quality products are ready and stocked during each shift by replenishing the bagel wall and pastry case.
