- Ability to operate baking equipment safely
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and fancy baked goods to meet company standards
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment
