- Minimum of 1 year of commercial kitchen experience
- high school diploma or GED
- proven ability to follow complex recipes and operate commercial-grade kitchen equipment safely
- ability to stand for long shifts and frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs
- availability to work long hours and frequent weekends

Job Duties
- Execute all recipes at 100% accuracy
- master the use of industrial mixers and large-scale ovens to produce cookies, cakes, and specialty desserts
- manage the scaling, weighing, and measuring of ingredients with surgical precision
- frost and decorate signature cakes and cupcakes and scoop cookie dough efficiently
- work with a true sense of urgency to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality
- keep a pristine workspace and assist in deep-cleaning and organization of the bakery
