- Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Baking breads, cookies, and pastries to high standards
- Decorating cakes and preparing fancy desserts
- Operating ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Engaging positively with customers to share passion for bakery products
- Ensuring bakery items meet quality, freshness, and safety guidelines
- Assisting in stocking bakery products and inventory management
