Job Duties
- Follow time-tested baking recipes accurately
- Produce pastries, cookies, cakes, pies, and frostings
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area
- Comply with all food handling and safety regulations
- Work safely around hot or dangerous equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Stand for 8-10 hour shifts and perform physical lifting as required
