Job Duties
- Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure product freshness and accuracy
- adhere to product shelf life standards
- deliver consistent customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with proper product quantity and variety
- enhance the customer experience through friendly attitude and following S.E.T. principles
- support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders
- promptly address customer service concerns or complaints with appropriate service recovery
- listen carefully and apologize for customer complaints
- follow operations standards for product preparation and equipment operation
- monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit orders
- prepare products minimizing food waste and record production and waste
- respond to showcase and product needs from Restaurant Front
- assist in serving guests when necessary
- take and record product and equipment temperatures regularly
- clean and maintain production area
- follow restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization for busy periods
- follow hand washing and sanitation guidelines
- work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation
- understand and follow safe work practices
- use required personal protective equipment
- report injuries, illnesses, unsafe conditions, and incidents
- avoid unsafe operation of equipment
