This role requires a balance of baking excellence and operational efficiency. Bakers support the speed of service targets by preparing orders quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs both in the restaurant and the drive-thru. They are also responsible for promptly addressing any customer service concerns, fostering a positive environment that values guest satisfaction. Beyond baking, Bakers actively engage in restaurant operations such as monitoring inventory levels, minimizing food waste through precise production planning, and assisting front-of-house team members when necessary. The position demands strict adherence to operational standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and health and safety policies to maintain a well-organized, safe, and compliant work environment.

Job Duties

  • Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure product freshness and accuracy
  • adhere to product shelf life standards
  • deliver consistent customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with proper product quantity and variety
  • enhance the customer experience through friendly attitude and following S.E.T. principles
  • support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders
  • promptly address customer service concerns or complaints with appropriate service recovery
  • listen carefully and apologize for customer complaints
  • follow operations standards for product preparation and equipment operation
  • monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit orders
  • prepare products minimizing food waste and record production and waste
  • respond to showcase and product needs from Restaurant Front
  • assist in serving guests when necessary
  • take and record product and equipment temperatures regularly
  • clean and maintain production area
  • follow restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
