- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years baking experience
- knowledge of healthy and wellness cooking principles
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to operate baking equipment

Job Qualifications
- Two years baking experience in full service bakery, restaurant, hotel, or store

- ability to operate baking equipment
