The role being offered is that of a Baker, a foundational position at Noah's New York Bagels. Bakers are essential to producing the fresh bagels and pastries that define the brand's experience. Those who take on this role start their day early, sometimes as early as 3 AM, preparing the day's baked goods with precision and care. The baker's work goes beyond just baking; they stock product displays, help with customer orders, assist in sandwich making, and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment. This position requires teamwork and a passion for quality and customer service. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years or older
  • must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
  • must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
  • possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Duties

  • bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
  • stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
  • assist with order taking and sandwich making
  • maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • provide excellent guest service
  • work collaboratively with team members
  • uphold quality standards for food and beverages
