Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license as required by location
- Meet driving qualifications per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food service experience highly desirable
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels following company recipes and standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability each shift
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery and store environment
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support store opening and closing procedures
