We are hiring immediately for a full-time Baker position located at Toyota - 4857 Dogwood Lane, Liberty, NC 27298. This role offers a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour and requires dedication over a 38-hour workweek, operating Tuesday, Friday through Sunday. As a Baker at Eurest, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries in accordance with established recipes and production guidelines. This position demands a detailed focus on food quality, proper portion control, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. You will assist in production planning to meet daily requirements and maintain accurate production records including waste tracking and inventory reporting. Customer interaction is also an essential part of this role, requiring a friendly and service-oriented approach to resolve any issues and relay feedback to supervisors.

The Baker role at Eurest requires previous bakery experience as a preferred qualification, ensuring familiarity with baking techniques and production standards.
