Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and bakery products
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service
- Help support team members and promote a positive work environment
