Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- availability for varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- pass background check as applicable
- possession of valid state issued driver’s license for specific locations when required
- meet company driving qualifications when applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- strong attention to detail
- good multitasking skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare fresh bagels and pastries
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- keep the bakery clean and safe
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- adhere to health and safety regulations
