Einstein Bros. Bagels is currently seeking a Baker to join their team. The Baker role is integral to the brand’s success, as the quality of the bagels directly reflects the skill and dedication of the baker. Bakers start early, often as early as 3 AM, engaging in the essential processes that keep the bakery running smoothly and ensure the quality products are available for customers each day. The position includes preparing and baking bagels and pastries, stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, and cooperating with team members to serve customers efficiently. Additionally, Bakers assist in other areas such as order taking and sandwich making, demonstrating teamwork and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and a passion for quality food production. This position offers a unique schedule with no evening or night shifts, competitive hourly pay ranging from $11.67 to $18.67 depending on experience and location, plus the opportunity to earn tips. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations
- meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bakery or food service experience is a plus
- ability to arrive early for shift starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking, sandwich making, and other guest service tasks
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- monitor product quality and freshness consistently
- follow company policies and procedures diligently
