Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate bakery equipment including ovens and mixers
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or pastry experience advantageous but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to high quality standards
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes with creativity
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Interact positively with customers, answering questions and fulfilling requests
- Monitor freshness and safety standards of all baked products
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
